Return Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it (i.e., unused or unworn). You must also provide proof of purchase or a receipt.
Customer-Initiated Returns:
If a customer decides they no longer want the product and initiates the return voluntarily, they are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@portablepowerstations.us. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products or personalized items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
